filled out our "Wants & Needs" list. You may have selected a 3 bedroom,
single detached home in Kitchener. O.K, did you mean a cute little
wartime brick house with hardwood floors, small kitchen, oil furnace,
and larger lot near St. Mary's hospital or did you mean a 10-15 yr.
old stylish 2 storey, with formal living & dining room, huge master
bedroom to show off your new bedroom suite, and walk-out basement
with a smaller lot? You see, there are as many styles, types and descriptions
of homes as there are dresses! Before you see ANY homes, please give
me a call so you can describe "in detail" the features of the home
that is in your head! That way, when I am out touring homes, if I
see a home with the features you have described, I can email you with
the details.

We will

information you'd like. If you want to know what price range you qualify
for, we can figure that out in minutes.
2) How we
work and what services and guarantees we offer.
3) All the
homes that are currently in the price range that you have selected.
We'll actually print all these listings off while you are in the office.
You'll also receive our "Buying Smart" binder loaded with
information to start on your house search journey.
4) Any questions
which you might have.
5) Viewing

6) Extra

7) What
is important to you in the home that you are searching for.
I'm not
thinking of moving for at least 6 months. When should I have my buyer
chat?
Certainly
schedule your chat BEFORE you see ANY homes. This way you'll receive
all the important information "up front" and you won't be
disappointed or confused if you hit a "bump" in the road!
What happens
after our Buyer Chat?
We will
continue to send you the newest listings every day, that fall into
your category. It will be up to you to CALL US when you want to see
something. WE DO NOT CALL YOU - unless you have given us instructions
to do so. When the time is right for you and you see something that
catches your eye...simply give us a call and we will set up an appointment
to get you through. It's that simple. NO Hassles! (P.S. We've
had buyers who have worked with us for up to 2 years, before they
bought a home. They were happy to receive the information - without
the pressure of being hassled.)
